R3: Ch 2, dc
in same st, dc in next dc, *2dc in next dc, dc in next dc; *repeat, sl st to
beg ch2 (30DC)
R4: Ch2, dc
in same st, dc in next 2 dc, *2dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc; *repeat, sl st
to beg ch2 (40DC)
R5: Ch2, dc

R4: sc in the 1st
5sc, 2sc in the next sc, sc across brim until the last 3sc, 2sc in next sc, sc
in last 2sc, sc down the side of the previous Row on the side of the brim, sc
in the next 2dc of hat, ch1, turn
R5: sc across brim,
sc on the side of previous Row on the side of the brim, sc in the next 2dc of hat, ch1, turn
R6: sc in 1st
